BE NOT DECEIVED BY THIS CON MAN!!!!! He charges a flat, non-refundable fee of $5,000 right off the bat, promising to do everything he can to help you. Well, for that price, one would expect $5,000 worth of work done on their behalf. ALLEN DID NOTHING. He moved Heaven and Earth to see that he got his money, but when it came down to business, he used a variety of stall tactics to avoid having to get a court date set and when he finally DID get a court date set, it was too late. He didn't even have the basic courtesy to contact my fiance or myself to tell us that he wouldn't even be proceeding with our case. We contacted him a day or two before we expected to be in court, just so that we could go over everything with him, and that's when he decided to tell us that he was done with us. He did absolutely nothing to warrrant $5,000 worth of work, I was actually the one who did all of the research, fact-finding, etc. He was utterly useless to us. He is a piece of human garbage.

I accepted Mr. Fiorletta as my lawyer to assist me through the legal process of my case. He was more pricey than other lawyers I had contacted, but I explained to him that I was willing to pay more because I couldn't afford to lose my driver's license. He allowed me to make payments, which I appreciated at the time, but looking back I have no idea what I really paid him for. He initially seemed knowledgeable about my case, but then told me one thing and let me believe one thing, and completely changed it later on in my case, leading me to firmly believe he did not know what he was doing.

Absolutely trash and definitely dont pay them up front i Googled more information that helped me with my divorce then they offered they offer you nothing but just being there no insight no helpful money saving information they dont want to learn your case and will lie to you in the beginning talks they are just gonna sit there they definitely dont put work in on your behalf or try to learn your case I asked for information the other party was legally required to give after a good month I was irritated and asked what was taking so long the sent me a bunch of nothing I asked for dont waste your money here horrible experience I hope noone else goes threw

Fiorletta was hired by me to handle my divorce for a fixed fee of $6500 + 3.5% Paypal fee (!) He did not accomplish anything during the entire 8 months, when he suddenly quit! I had to find and hire a new lawyer, but Fiorletta refuses to refund any portion of my paid in advance fee. Despite the Agreement requiring us to go to arbitration for any dispute over fees -- he refuses even that! So, we now have an upcoming court date in small claims, and I fully expect to win. Despite this refusal to abide by his own contract, it should also be noted that his representation of me was extremely poor. I have never been divorced before, so I did not know what to expect. When I questioned him about "nothing happening" all these months, he claimed it was "normal". I believed him at first. Michigan requires divorces to be completed within 1 yr, and mine was a simple one. Something did not "smell" right. After he quit, my new lawyer was 1000 % more professional. Everything was documented in writing (Fiorletta refuses to use email, mostly relies on phone conversations. So, there is nothing available to pin down what was discussed or decided, etc. THIS IS A WARNING SIGN TO ALL THOSE WHO ARE HIRING A LAWYER -- ANY LAWYER. EVERYTHING DISCUSSED SHOULD BE IN WRITING!!) My new lawyer was very organized, required every interaction between us to be in writing, forwarded all information to me from the opposing side, requested far more documentation of my financials than Fiorletta had, disagreed with Fiorletta on everything: my tax info, my inheritance info, my IRA info, my real estate investment info, etc were claimed to be unimportant by Fiorletta. My new lawyer insisted that all this financial stuff was critical, and we had to go and get it. There was only about 2 months left before the trial date! So: bottom line is -- Fiorletta did not have a clue about Divorce. He did not even request the financial info from my wife! My new lawyer had to do that.
